Governors

The Board of Governors works with the school's Leadership Team to help determine the strategic direction of the school. Governors also play a key role in school accountability, reviewing the performance of pupils and setting objectives for future school development. The Board of Governors oversees how the school's funding is spent in order to meet those objectives.

 

The Board of Governors is currently made up of 14 governors: Parent, Co-opted, Local Authority and Staff Governors.

The Board of Governors meets as a full governing body 4 times during the school year, with sub-committes also meeting termly to review 'Curriculum and Standards' and 'Finance and Resources'.
